Dear Sirs

Our Managing Director, Mr. Jayesh Patel will be in Mumbai from 15th to 19th July. Please reserve double room with single occupancy of executive class on these five days. He will be checking in around 10.00 a.m. on 15th July.

You may kindly forward the bills to us directly for settlement. we will send the cheque within ten days after receipt of your bills. Please allow 15% discount on the room rent as per our agreement.

Please confirm the reservation before 12th July.
